Between the 14th of July and 10th of August 2008, SC CONCEPT CONSULTING organised in Malta a professional training placement within the framework of the Leonardo da Vinci mobility project LLP-Ldv/PLM/2007/RO/208, called Improving the competencies of young workers in assembling and configuration of IT equipments. The project, promoted and coordinated by Concept Consulting, was implemented in partnership with the Maltese company Square Concept Ltd , it’s activity being related with the IT sector and having a very rich experience regarding educational and professional taining projects. The participants to the four week long placement were 8 people selected from a group of graduates and employees on the It field. During the placement, the participants had the occasion to familiarize themselves with the specific work mechanisms of a foreign company and to obtain new competencies and practical skills in the IT domain. They returned from Malta with new knowledge regarding computers and network installing and configuration and also the usage of modern software platforms like Oracle Database Server, IIS WEB Server, LAN Suite, Sisoft Sandra. Not the last, the placement allowed the students to improve their linguistic knowledge’s, through an English course organised in Malta at Elanguest Language School. Besides the above mentioned advantages, the Maltese placement represented for the participants a great life experience. They discovered the Maltese society, history and culture and meet new people with a different way of life and customs. Based on the obtained results, the participants have real opportunities to develope their professional career and they will surely contribute to the further development of the local IT companies. ..
Between 19 - 22.09.2007, in Mos, Spain took place the last general meting in the pilot project Leonardo da Vinci "Immilabour - An european tool to improve access and permanence of immigrants in the labour market". The meeting was hosted by Conceillo de Mos, the promoter of the project, and members of the Concept Consulting attended the meeting. It was the perfect moment to officially launch the main product developed by the partners, namely an interactive course destined to contribute to the perfection of the lingustic competences of the immigrants and not only. This training course is available in four European languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian. The main products elaborated in the European IMMILABOUR project have entered in a final faze of development and were send for evaluation and testing to all the partners and potential beneficiaries.

The elaboration of the material referring to the implementation of the structural funds destined for Romania as a result of joining the European Union entered in the final faze. The last version of the Operational Programs and Frameworks for implementation was submitted for approval to official institutions from UE and it is waited for the launching of the first calls by the end of July 2007.
